This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” “Trainee,” “Candidate,” or “you”) and Synergem Consultancy Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Synergem India,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://synergemindia.com/ (the “Platform”), enrollment in our industrial training modules, registration for international certifications, and use of our recruitment or placement assistance services.

By accessing our Platform, submitting an admission form, paying course enrollment fees, or entering our Center of Excellence (COE), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and our services.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment Accountability

  • Age & Qualifications: To enroll in our technical training modules, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract (minimum 18 years of age) and possess the necessary prerequisite educational background (such as an ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech/B.E. degree in engineering).
  • Information Accuracy: You guarantee that all academic marks, employment history, identity proofs, and personal documents uploaded to our Platform or provided at our Center of Excellence are 100% authentic. Providing falsified documents will result in immediate termination of your enrollment and forfeiture of all fees paid, without prejudice to our right to initiate legal proceedings.

2. Training, Fee Structure, and Financial Terms

  • Payment Clearance: Admission to any certification program, workshop, or course is locked and confirmed only after your payment is cleared via our secure integrated payment gateway rails or verified bank transfer.
  • Commercial Variations: Course fees, certification costs (such as TÜV SÜD or ASNT exams), and evaluation fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of management prior to actual student enrollment.
  • Taxes: All fees quoted on the Platform are subject to applicable central and state government taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per the standard legal rates in India.

3. Special Program Clauses: Pay-After-Placement Plan (PAPP)

For students enrolling under Synergem India’s Pay-After-Placement or Income Share agreements, the following strict terms apply:

  • Legal Agreement Execution: Students must execute a separate, legally binding bilateral agreement, promissory note, or post-dated cheque framework prior to batch commencement.
  • Mandatory Compliance: Upon successfully securing a placement through Synergem India’s corporate network, the candidate is under strict legal obligation to submit their official corporate offer letter, salary slips, and start clearing the designated course fee percentages as outlined in their PAPP contract.
  • Bypassing / Breach: Any attempt to bypass Synergem India by hidden onboarding with an interview partner, failing to disclose an authorized job offer, or delaying structural payment timelines will count as a material breach, instantly activating commercial and legal penalties.

4. Attendance, Certification, and Assessment Rules

  • Minimum Attendance: To qualify for global industry certifications and placement assistance, trainees must maintain a minimum 80% attendance record across both classroom lectures and practical laboratory sessions at our Center of Excellence.
  • Examination Guidelines: Certifications are strictly performance-based. Paying the course fee does not guarantee a certificate. Trainees must clear the mandatory practical evaluations, written examinations, and quality benchmark assessments supervised by external and internal auditors.

5. Code of Conduct and Lab Safety Liability

  • Infrastructure Safety: Our laboratories house high-value industrial testing apparatus, non-destructive testing (NDT) gear, and precision welding equipment. Trainees must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations and machine handling manuals.
  • Damage Recovery: Any intentional damage, vandalism, gross negligence, or unauthorized operation of testing machinery resulting in equipment breakdown will be billed directly to the responsible student or group of students for full parts recovery and repair.
  • Disciplinary Policy: Synergem India maintains a zero-tolerance policy against ragging, psychological harassment, substance abuse, physical altercation, or disruptive behavior within the MLRIT campus or Synergem facility. Violations will lead to immediate expulsion from the institute.

6. Limitation of Liability and Placement Disclaimer

  • Placement Assistance vs. Job Guarantee: While Synergem India boasts a high placement tracking record and deep ties with core engineering sectors, enrollment in standard courses acts as an enhancement of job-readiness. Unless explicitly covered under a signed “Guaranteed Placement Contract,” standard enrollment constitutes an obligation of assistance, not an absolute guarantee of employment.
  • Operational Interruptions: Synergem India shall not be held legally liable for any training delays, cancellation of exam slots by international bodies, or placement schedule changes caused by macroeconomic recessions, industrial strikes, lockouts, or natural forces of nature (Force Majeure Events).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary Materials: All educational curriculum blueprints, custom-coded testing simulation files, training notes, digital slides, videos, website code, and corporate logos hosted on the Platform are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Synergem Consultancy Private Limited.
  • Usage Restrictions: No trainee or user is permitted to duplicate, record, sell, share on public repositories (like YouTube, Telegram, or Google Drive), or redistribute our learning content for external commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions, alongside your training relationship with us, shall be governed by and interpreted strictly in accordance with the Laws of India.
  • Any complaints, operational disputes, or billing grievances should first be routed through our student coordination desk at info@synergemindia.com for amicable resolution.
  • If a mutual settlement cannot be reached, any legal suits, claims, or arbitration notices arising out of our physical or digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
