This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and financial terms governing the cancellation of course enrollments, program withdrawals, and associated refund requests for services offered across our website (https://synergemindia.com/) and our physical Center of Excellence (COE).

By completing your registration, placing a deposit, or making a partial/full fee payment for any training course, workshop, or international certification exam, you formally accept the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Standard Training Programs & Workshops

A. Cancellation by the Student/Trainee

  • Before Batch Commencement: If a student requests a cancellation at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of their assigned training batch, a refund will be processed after deducting a non-refundable registration/administrative booking fee of 10% of the total course fee.
  • Within 7 Days of Commencement: No refund requests will be entertained if the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the batch start date. However, at the sole discretion of management, the student may request to defer their enrollment to the next upcoming batch within the same financial quarter.
  • Post Batch Commencement: Once a training batch begins, or once a student logs into our digital learning management system (LMS), zero refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including partial attendance, self-discontinuation, or voluntary withdrawal.

B. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Synergem India

  • If a course batch is cancelled, indefinitely delayed, or rescheduled by Synergem India due to internal operational issues or faculty unavailability, enrolled students will be offered a choice:
    1. A 100% full refund of the specific amount paid, without any administrative deductions.
    2. Free reallocation into an immediate alternative active batch.

2. International Certification & Examination Fees.

  • Synergem India acts as an official training facilitator for global validation bodies like TÜV SÜD and ASNT.
  • Strict Non-Refundability: Any fees allocated, explicitly collected, or paid towards international assessment slots, external examination registrations, or processing credentials are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. These parameters are dictated strictly by the external certifying authorities, and Synergem India has no power to recall these cleared funds.

3. Special Clause: Pay-After-Placement Plan.

  • For students admitted under the Pay-After-Placement Plan, the initial token deposit or security framework required at the time of onboarding is completely non-refundable, as it is utilized to secure laboratory machinery slots and safety gear.
  • If a trainee chooses to cancel their enrollment or drop out midway through a PAPP batch, they will be legally bound to clear the accumulated infrastructure and technical training costs incurred up to that date, as detailed in their custom, bilaterally signed PAPP agreement.

4. Refund Processing Mechanism & Timelines

  • Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back through the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., the specific bank account, credit card, or digital wallet utilized over the PhonePe gateway layer). We do not issue cash refunds.
  • Processing Window: Once a refund request is formally evaluated and approved by our finance department, it takes 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution’s standard settlement cycles.
  • Transaction Charges: Please note that standard banking gateway processing overhead fees or transaction taxes incurred during the original payment checkout are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

Synergem India shall not be legally obligated to issue financial refunds or compensations for training interruptions, branch lockdowns, or delayed scheduling caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes regional internet blockades, natural disasters, state-enforced health lockdowns, campus strikes, or sudden regulatory shifts by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or educational boards.

6. Policy Modifications

Synergem Consultancy Private Limited reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or rewrite clauses within this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any point without prior individual notification. Trainees are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain aligned with active policies.
