Synergem Consultancy Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013). We have established a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Welding and NDT Technologies at MLR Institute of Technology (MLRIT), Hyderabad, and also serve as the Industry Training Partner for the MLR Group of Colleges. We have a strategic collaboration with Medhavi Skills University, a government-notified skills university and awarding body recognized by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), with approvals from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Directorate General of Training (DGT), and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Synergem Consultancy Private Limited is also a Recognized Education Provider (REP) of TÜV SÜD, authorized to deliver official training programs aligned with global certification standards. From 2010 to 2016, we were recognized by the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Ministry of Power, and Government of India.
We provide a variety of international training and certification programs aimed at fresh graduates and working professionals in the mechanical engineering field. These programs include Work-Integrated Skill-Based Higher Education (WISE) and SKILLS Qualifications (Vocational Certificates & Diplomas). All of our accredited qualifications are industry-led and focused on outcome-based learning, prioritizing practical application over theoretical knowledge. Our vocational qualifications are nationally recognized, with certificates issued by MSU/NCVET as the regulatory body, in line with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and National Credit Framework (NCrF), as well as international organizations like American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), and American Welding Society (AWS).

About Placement Drives by Synergem
At times there is sudden surge infrastructure projects which triggers huge requirement of engineering graduates from mechanical and associated branches. In such case Synergem conducts Placement Drive with our associated colleges and hire graduates in masses. With our long term association with companies we clearly understand requirements of our client’s need.
Objective of Placement Drives is to provide competent human resource in large numbers to core engineering companies. Placement Drive is conducted to select graduates in large numbers for many companies at once. Nominal administration fee is charged from selected candidates only. There are no charges to participate in drive.
Candidates who are not able to get placement in placement drive due to any technical shortfall in written test or interview or lack of practical exposure can undergo practical training at Synergem COE. Our core expertise in Training & Development along with strong association with companies for their hiring requirement enables us to train graduates and provide guaranteed placements in core engineering companies

About MLR Institute of Technology
MLR Institute of Technology is known for its integrated curriculum with equal importance to academics, employable skills & sports. MLR Institute of Technology (MLRIT) is located at Dundigal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The institution was started in 2005 by the KMR Education Trust, headed by Mr. Marri Laxman Reddy. The Institute has Six UG courses along with Seven PG Courses. The Institute is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH).
