- Under 1 Year Post Graduate Diploma in Quality & Industrial Engineering having 15 Globally Recognized Certifications, you will undergo 1 month practical training at Synergem Center located in Hyderabad followed by 12 month of On-Job training in projects like Reliance, L&T, HPCL, BPCL etc
- Cost of one month practical training conducted in Hyderabad at Synergem Center of Excellence (15000/-) is to be paid by candidate
- Complete cost of PG Diploma and International Certification worth 1.5 Lac is sponsored by company
- During On Job Training you will get monthly stipend + Accommodation + PF + Local Transport facility
- On Job Training will be counted as Work Experience
- After completion of 1 Year On Job Training your job will be confirmed with monthly salary of 25 to 35 thousand

Synergem is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013). We have our Center of Excellence (COE) in Welding and NDT Technologies in MLR institute of Technology (MLRIT), Hyderabad. Also acting as an Industry Training Partner MLR Group of Colleges. Earlier we were recognized by Central Electricity Authority, Under Ministry of Power, Govt of India from 2010 – 2016. Also worked as South Regional Partner for Formula 1 STEM Education (F1, UK) from 2018 to 2020. We offer various industry training and international certification programs in QA/QC (Welding & Piping), Conventional NDT (LPT, MPT, RT, RTFI, UT VT, ECT), Advanced NDT (PAUT, TOFD, TKY-UT), Industrial Metallurgy and Industrial Drawings. Executive training programs to working professionals in API (510, 570, 653), CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2, ISO 9712 CSWIP NDT (Conventional & Advanced), CSWIP B.Gas Grade 1 & 2, Preparatory Courses (ASNT Level III, ISO Lead Auditor)
Eligibility criteria
This course is a Post Graduate Level Program and require Graduation in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/ Industrial/ Civil/ EEE/ Automobile/ related Engineering streams. Students in their final year awaiting engineering degree can also apply.

Career Growth and Future Support by Synergem
- In core engineering jobs, the salary increases with experience. It usually takes 1 year of experience to get salary increment. You can expect a salary from 30 to 45 thousand after 2 years of experience.
- In core engineering there are many additional certifications which can be done. These certification requires experience of at least 1 to 2 year. With these additional certification you can aim for higher salaries in range of 60 to 80 thousand in India and 1 to 1.5 Lac Abroad. Synegrem will provide you complete guidance for career development, certifications to be acquired etc.
- Once you complete 2 years of your experience you will become eligible for abroad placement. Synergem conducts overseas placements for their clients. As per job criteria opportunities are provided to Synergem candidates

What is the minimum qualification needed to join the program
Candidates must be a graduate in Engineering or Diploma from Mechanical or its related branch. Students awaiting final year degree can also apply.
I am in final Semester of my engineering, can I join?
Only Graduates or Students awaiting engineering degree are eligible for this program. Students in Final 8th Semester can join Internship & Placement Program where they can get internship followed by placement.
